Almost at 3 weeks. Still not sure I feel the energy but I do feel like I can see a change. I also feel like I'm standing taller if that makes sense. Maybe that's the feeling thinner. And that's how we're going.
Meal 1: whole wheat english muffin w/ almond butter and a banana (didn't finish it all)
Meal 2: orange and raw cashews
Meal 3: flank steak on whole wheat tortilla w/ salsa, chipolte cream and red cabbage (again didn't finish it all)
Meal 4: peach and raw cashews
Meal 5: (I wasn't the best here) 2/3's of a spicy chicken sandwich, side salad w/ lite italian dressing (Chick-fil-a: I donated blood today and they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich)
Meal 6: frozen chocolate banana and chocolate milk - this is what I had last night - I didn't have 2 bananas like I thought I might
Gym today - walk 5 minutes, walk run 20 minutes (1 1/2 min walk and 1 min run) then 5 minutes walk
