Day 21 end of wk 3 EC

1/2 day at work - always a good thing right - LOL!

Today wasn't anything over exciting:

Meal 1: grits w/ 1/2 T butter

Meal 2: sweet potato oat bar

Meal 3: 1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites scrambled w/ 1 T parm cheese and  slice whole grain toast

Meal 4: frozen yogurt - orange, tart and lemon with orange burst things from Orange Leaf

Meal 5: salad (lettuce, mushrooms, tomato, broccoli, carrots and cucumber) w/ vinegrette (olive oil, vinegar and dijon) w/ whole wheat spaghetti topped w/ meat sauce (italian ground turkey w/ no sugar added pasta sauce)

Meal 6: skim milk w/ 2 T hershey's

Gym today - did weights only
