Day 19 EC

Today was pretty good.  I'm exhausted though.

Meal 1: steel cut oats - cooked overnight (1 c oats, 4 c water, 1/2 c skim milk, 1 c dried cranberries and 1/4 c maple syrup)

Meal 2: sweet potato oat bar w/ 1 peach

Meal 3: flank steak on a whole wheat tortilla w/ red cabbage, chipolte cream and homemade salsa

10 york pieces

Meal 4: yogurt w/ 1 tsp honey and blackberries

Meal 5: 5 chicken nuggets w/ red cabbage (steamed w/ oil and vinegar) and corn (1 paperthin sliver of butter - literally)

Meal 6: 1 maybe 2 chocolate frozen banana ( 1 is 1/2 a banana)

Aqua running - 30 minutes
Aqua boot camp - 1 hour
