Today wasn't too bad - except I was at home all day so not much movement at all. i didn't need to work from home today - but it was suggested yesterday and well, it just sounded like a good idea
meal 1: 1 packet instant grits w/ 1 tsp butter and a little salt (not my greatest moment, but its okay. - made with water)
Meal 2: 1 peach and 1 whole wheat tortilla baked and cut into chips and served w/ homemade salsa (tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, cumin, salt and lime juice)
Meal 3: 5 baked chicken nuggets (left over from Sunday) w/ honey mustard, spinach and tomato on a whole wheat tortilla
Meal 4: 2 egg whites scrambled with onion, mushrooms, spinach and a little goat cheese served w/ 1 mango
Meal 5: flank steak on a whole wheat tortilla w/ home made salsa, chipolte cream (yogurt cheese, chipolte pepper and lime juice), red cabbage and 1 T cheese
Meal 6: smoothie (1 banana, sugar free cocoa powder, skim milk, ice and protein powder)
