Day 17 EC

Today was rough.  Long day since I had a macro final at school at 7 pm so most of my meals were at work.   I forgot part of my planned dinner meal so had to rearrange and one of my snacks consisted of cottage cheese and well, the brand i bought was horrid so i couldn't eat it.

Meal 1: smoothie - banana, sugar free cocoa powder, instant hazelnut coffee powder, skim milk, ice, almond butter

Meal 2: 1 orange and a handful of raw cashews (soaked in water)

Meal 3: 6 tamales (homemade)- my coworkers were not nice at this point - they decided to order pizza for lunch -  the entire area of the office we sit in smelled like pizza - meanies - but I did not partake even when offered.

Meal 4: 1 peach and a handful of raw cashews (Soaked in water)

Meal 5: 6" ham and turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, black olives, pepperjack cheese and spicy mustard - from Subway

Meal 6: 1/2 frozen chocolate dipped banana and a glass of skim milk with 1 T hershey's syrup

Since my test wasn't over until 8 there wasn't any real exercise today.
