Day 12 - 14 EC rest of week 2

Well this is going to be a long post.  

End of last week went well and I feel like I'm somewhat getting into the groove.  I still plan my meals.  I don't follow my snacks all the time but I at least have an idea of what I need at the store and I know there will always be something clean in the fridge.   I tend to go off meal plan later in the week rather than early on.  

Day 12:
Meal 1: smoothie made with 1 banana sugar free cocoa, skim milk,, ice, almond butter

Meal 2: yogurt w/ 1 tsp honey, blueberries and clean granola

Meal 3: Fish taco (tilapia on whole wheat tortilla w/ lime, red cabbage and chipolte cream)

Meal 4: 1 apple and almond butter

Meal 5: Caribbean chicken (the marinade list for this is long and then you cook down the marinade with tomatoes and a few other things - it's delicious) w/ baked sweet potato fries (used 1/2 a sweet potato) and cabbage steamed w/oil and vinegar

Meal 6: glass of chocolate milk. 

On this day I went to aqua running - it was all I was expecting to do, but I also got roped into doing aqua bootcamp.  It was all great fun but about 30 minutes after I got home - oh wow was I wiped.  It was 1 hour and a half total.

Day 13:

Meal 1: smoothie w/ 1 banana, skim milk, instant vanilla coffee, sugar free cocoa, ice and almond butter

Meal 2: 2 hardboiled egg whites and 1 kiwi

Meal 3: Chicken in whole wheat tortilla w/Caribbean sauce, red cabbage and red bell pepper

Meal 4: cottage cheese and 1 mango

Meal 5: salad (lettuce, peas, celery, cucumber, tomato, carrot, beets, broccoli and blue cheese) w/ vinegrette (white balsamic, olive oil and dijon)

Meal 6: smoothie (banana, unsweetened cocoa, ice, instant hazelnut coffee, peanut butter)
1 square of dark chocolate

Day 14:

Meal 1: 2 oatmeal pancakes w/blueberries and topped w/ unsweetened applesauce

meal 2: cottage cheese and rest of unsweetened applesauce from breakfast


Meal 3: leftover salad

1 chocolate covered pretzel

Meal 4: smoothie (1 banana, skim milk, ice, almond butter, unsweetened cocoa and instant hazelnut coffee)

Meal 5: (some friends of mine from Tae Kwan Do were meeting up - girl's night) salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, almonds and house vinegrette) and 1/2 stromboli (pepperoni, sausage, sauce, cheese, green olives, peppers, onion and mushrooms) from Old Chicago

This was the end of week 2.  I felt good b/c I made it for the most part.  I had a few week moments and a few chocolate cravings but I felt good that I didn't overdo anything really.  I had a plan and stuck to it for the most part.
