Okay, so my chocolate craving is growing, but not so bad that I can't satisfy it in small ways. I resisted it once at work or well really more than once - too many candy bowls at desks and then I do have a little bit in my drawer which I opened and reached in and then said no. I did yield later in the evening though it was better quality and a small square. I did go to the gym today - need to get back into the swing of things. Did weights today and added my squats back in. Haven't added my lunges back in yet but working up to it. I really like the one girl who has been helping me set up my weights so far, so I am going to trade my voice lessons for some training sessions (I think my voice teacher stopped working there anywhere) with that trainer. It'll only be about 2 a month but I'm hoping to learn more about putting together routines and some new workout ideas and hoping it will keep it fresh and new. Everything I've been reading lately has said that we should try to switch up our routines more often then we think we should so our muscles don't acclimate and stop developing.
Meal 1: 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites scrambled (sprayed pan with olive oil) added spinach, tomato and some goat cheese and wrapped it all up in a whole wheat tortilla (I bought these at the health store and they are so good) I didn't finish it, only ate about /4ths
Meal 2: cottage cheese with mango
Meal 3: tuna mixed with 1 T of olive oil based mayo (I didn't have any yogurt cheese) and 1 celery stalk on a whole wheat tortilla with spinach and alfalfa sprouts
Meal 4: 2 hardboiled egg whites with a banana
Meal 5: fish tacos (tilapia seasoned with cumin and old bay, sprayed pan with olive oil and cooked the tilapia. When just down I squeezed lime juice on it. wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with red cabbage and chipolte cream sauce and another squeeze of lime)
Meal 6: smoothie made with 1 banana, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup ice, 2 T almond butter and 2 T sugar free cocoa powder
In between meal 5 and 6 I had 1 square of dark dove chocolate.
