and a painful run it was. But I did run, not quite to the schedule that we are doing Wednesday, but I did something.
Did okay with eating today - better than usual just a couple of rough patches:
Breakfast - homemade yogurt, sweetened with splenda topped with granola and blueberries, red raspberries and black raspberries
Lunch: salad with salmon and lemon vinegrette
Snacks: granola bar, york peppermint pieces and a turtle sundae (told you there were bad things in there)
Dinner: homemade udon soup - chicken stock w/ a star anise, some grated ginger, a serrano pepper, soy sauce and a little brown sugar. I cooked udon noodles in it then after noodles were cooked, took them out of the pot and added veggies to the pot - chinese spinach, snowpeas, baby pattypan squash, bean sprouts, shitaki mushrooms and topped with cilantro
