So I got off track - the funny part is, I kept going - I have to post in my blog then I'd get distracted and next thing I knew computer was off and I just wasn't up to turning it back on or typing out an email post on my iphone.
But - I'm going to Greece and I need to get things together. So money is in order and now all I need to do is get my weight under control. I made the decision that I'm going to start working my way into running. It'll be the best way to get my heart rate up and get a good workout and shed some pounds. Plus once I really get going, hopefully it'll shorten the workout time (I'm sure I can run 1 mile faster than I can walk it)
I need to also get my food on track. Overall its not too horrid - but it could be a lot better. I am cooking at home, but now I need to do healthier cooking. I also need to watch my sweets. Hopefully with spring and summer and the farmer's market I'll be able to find some great fruit to use for sweets.
I am going to start going back to juices and smoothies (especially for breakfast). The natural food store sells frozen acai berries ready to pop into a smoothie so I want to try that.
April 1st - I'm going to get back into this. Just a day away. Will weight and take measurements and pictures. I"m only going to weigh once a month, there's too much fluctuation week to week.
Alright, so that's where I stand - I'm going to not feel guilty about failing to keep up with posting here in the last month or so, and just hop back on and keep rolling...
