April Fools, but no tricks here

Weight today (with shoes) 247.6

I weighed at the gym after a 1 mile walk and before I did my weights.  Current weight machines are:
Leg Press - 105 lbs
Lat pull - 50 lbs
Chest press - 25 lbs (this is the hardest for me - its where I'm weakest)
Back extension - 55 lbs
Abdominal crunch - 60 lbs
Hip Abduction and Hip adduction - 55 lbs

Tomorrow is GTS pilates

Today's food:

Breakfast - 1 egg.  I had boiled eggs and for some reason, I can make really complicated dishes but I can't boil eggs right.  I either forget they're on the stove while I'm waiting for them to boil or they don't see to cook long enough.  Anyway, I tried to devil them and it didn't come out the way I like so I ate only enough to total 1 whole egg.  They had a little too much salt flavor too.

Snack - 1 brownie - bought it from the AHA bake sale

Lunch - Big salad (this is actually the name of it at the restaurant) - has grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, lettuce and cucumber served with house vinagrette.  It's a rather addicting salad.  The chicken is really good as is the vinagrette. It came with 1 piece of garlic bread.  I was bad here and had a coke.

Snack - 100 calorie bag of pop secret homestyle popcorn

Dinner - salad with miso dressing, edamame and sex in the city roll.  (I love sushi happy hour)

Tomorrow i think I'm going to go to Panera for breakfast.  i have a taste for some chai tea and they are my favorite chai.  I am probably going to make a salad to take with me to work and then dinner I'm supposed to go out with friends to a new sushi restaurant.
