Back on track

So I left work today for class and gym, was going to work more from home and I got home and said, ehhhh screw it.   I had enough hours and I'm good for the week.  I'm tired so hopefully i will actually fall asleep before midnight tonight.   6 hours of sleep is not enough - but its my own damn fault.  Food not perfect today but i did move!!!

Food:
Breakfast: BK ham egg and cheese croissant - I ate all but 3 bites.  2 OJ's
Lunch: big salad from cravin pizza - lettuce, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, cheese, bacon bits, grilled chicken, tomatoes and balsamic vinegrette. 
Snack: granola bar - I had 2 about 2 hours apart.  It was a dark chocolate almond sweet and salty nature valley bar.
Dinner: 1 and 3/4 slices small pizza from dominos with pepperoni, extra cheese and extra sauce.  20 ounce coke with dinner
Snack: lemon pudding with raspberries.  About 2 hours later had 2 peanut butter girl scout cookies and 1 cup hot chocolate.

Movement:
 3 work walks
20 bicep curls (10 per arm)
20 shoulder press (10 per arm)
weights at the gym and walked 1 mile on the track
total of 6336 steps for the day

overall getting there - need to work on the food
