Movement walked at work about 4 laps - it's increasing
Food:
Breakfast - med coke from mcdonald's and a bacon egg and cheese
biscuit but I didn't eat the biscuit or all the "egg"
Lunch - mashed potatoes with a liitle shredded cheese followed with 3
thanks a lot girl scout cookies
Snack - 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Dinner - mcdonalds filet o'fish and an iced hazelnut coffee
Snack - lemon pudding with sugar free whipped cream. Later had some
homemade creole cream cheese with sugar
