Ack! I'm falling apart. Yesterday was not the greatest day - not necessarily food wise, just in general. I had to go to the dentist and get the first step in the crown on one of my left molars - not pleasant and I was numb until night time. (I was numbed at 10 and it didn't wear off til about 5 or so). I wasn't feeling 100%.
Anyway, with the dental pain there wasn't really any movement.
Food:
Breakfast - chickfila biscuit and 2 oj's
lunch: Tropical Smoothie Cafe's Health nut with whey protein
Dinner: McDonald's fish sandwich and fries with a coke
Dessert: 3 girlscout cookies - thanks a lots
Today was better but I feel like someone whacked me in the left jaw with a fist. I think I'm still swollen and I can't open my mouth nearly as much as it should - i know I have a big mouth.
Breakfast: Burger King 5 french toast sticks and 1 oj
(I need to get off the fast food thing)
Snack: 1 snack size pack of hummus and 9 pita crisps
Lunch: 1/2 of a big salad from cravin pizza - lettuce, peppers, tomates, cucumber, cheese, bacon, chicken, onion w/ balsamic vinegrette
Snack: 3 musketeers
Dinner: rest of the big salad and 1 bowl tomato soup from Panera with croutons
Snack: 1 piece french bread with nutella.
I may have some cookies and milk tnight, we'll see.
