Weight today: 241.2 - no change from last week. Considering what I ate and the little movement I did this week, that's a good thing.
This week is rough - I have 2 tests, had a presentation today and Friday I have off work, but have to do some projects from school involving going to cultural markets and the grocery store. I also have to drive to Branson for a bday party - its a 20 minute drive, but sigh, why couldn't it be in springfield - so much easier. Ohhh and I have dentist tomorrow- ugh.
Okay, so food for today was not well balanced and well off kilter. I didn't really eat meals per say so I'm just going to lay it out:
1 cup milk with 2 T hershey syrup
grits with 1/2 T butter
3 slices cheddar cheese
1 serving homemade chocolate pudding with sugar free whipped cream
1 sweet and salty dark chocolate granola bar
2 hot dogs on buns with mustard, ketchup and hot sauce (they were cookedin a naughty way - pan fried - no, no batter)
1 no fat greek yogurt with strawberries
4 girl scout thin mints
1 glass milk with 2 T hershey syrup
movement - HA!! not today, worked from home. I'm picking it back up tomorrow with a great trip to the gym.
I will probably not catch up on pictures until this weekend.
bp and pulse a bit high tonight - 130/85 pulse was 92
