Day 52 and 53

I did it again.  But my favorite part of the Olympics is over and tests this week are over, so no more distractions.

I need to buckle down again - I've gotten sloppy and haven't gone to the gym and haven't been cooking at home.  So we have to get back to it.

Thursday:

Breakfast - panera egg and cheese on an asiago bagel (only ate 1/2) and a chai tea
Snack: 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Lunch: 2 and 1/2 soft pulled pork tacos from qdoba with cheese, chili verde sauce and pico
Dinner: egg roll and sushi roll - sex in the city from haruno
Dessert - milk with 2 T chocolate syrup

(today was badddd day) Friday:
Breakfast: milk with 2 T chocolate syrup
Snack: japanese soda, rice crackers and a granola bar
Lunch: 1/2 a sandwich from honey baked ham - turkey on multigrain bread with swiss cheese, honey mustard, lettuce and tomato with a coke
Snack: Cherry soda with frozen chocolate custard.  
Dinner: Golden corral: I started with a salad of romain, mushrooms, cucumber, almonds, cheese and beets with blue cheese dressing.  Had sweet potato casserole, sauteed mushrooms and coconut shrimp.  Dessert was a small cup of ice cream with hot fudge and caramel and also a slice of my friend's birthday cake.
