Weighed in tonight - 241.2 which I think is a drop. - Yup! just checked. Have almost broken into the 230 range. Feels like forever, but its okay. Slow and steady.
Anyways, this was an at home day today. I had the day off and was going to go do some things at grocery stores for class and some organizing, but didn't get to my paper yesterday and had to get that done. So i stayed home and wrote my paper. I still have the lab report to do, but that won't take long and I can work on that tomorrow. So this weekend I will just have to study for my tests next week since the paper is done that is due next monday.
I did do some housework today - but nothing that I feel encompasses big movement day.
Food:
Breakfast: grits with 1/2 T butter
Lunch: 3 pieroges baked
Snack: piece of that healthified chocolate cake and later I had 1 small bag of 100 calorie popcorn.
Dinner: 1/2 c red beans and 1/2 cup white rice followed by a piece of cake and 1/2 cup frozen yogurt. Had a glass of white zinfindel with dinner.
Late night snack (before 9): 1 chocolate croissant/turnover thingy with 1 cup hot chocolate.
