Day 36

Today was a much better day.  I still didn't get all I wanted to do done and work is piling on at work, but I don't feel horrid.

Took off of work early - just have to make up an hour and 15 minutes but its a nice trade off to not have to go back to work after class.  Went to the gym and then I made it home.  fun times right LOL

Food today
Breakfast: 2 eggs with 1 tsp butter and 1 T shredded cheddar cheese
Snack: apple
Lunch: 1 cup tortilla chips and 1/2 cup of 7 layer dip
Snack: 1 cup chocolate chex mix and a bit later, 1 serving of cheez its
Dinner: Tropical Smoothie Cafe Peanut Butter Crunch grilled wrap.  (Fluffy pita/flat bread wrap filled with peanut butter, honey, banana and granola and grilled) really satisfying I have to say
Dessert: 1 cup frozen yogurt from hagan daaz topped with berries and a bit later, a cup of hot chocolate
