Work atmosphere is tense. My one friend is feeling like she does all the work, and she does do the majority of it. Her other 2 cohorts, well one is never at the desk and therefore can't be working and the other surfs the internet and is way more bitchy than the pregnancy hormones should allow for.
I am enjoying getting to the gym. I feel good or well accomplished afterward and its a good get away from everything else. No gym tomorrow though, its voice and knitting/crocheting.
Thinking about going on the Heifer Ranch retreat for Dietetics in April, but I'm hesitant. I'm not an outdoors girl, and so I'm a little worried about sleeping in tents and the like.
Food for today - had its ups and downs
Breakfast - Jimmy dean Delight breakfast sandwich - turkey sausage with cheese and egg whites on a whole wheat bagel
Snack - 100 calorie bag of orville redenbacher popcorn
Lunch - Healthy Choice Fresh Mixer Ziti with spicy meat sauce (or something like that) followed with 4 hershey kises
Snack - 1 gala apple with brie cheese and a cup of regular cheerios.
Dinner - toasted ham and cheese sandwich - 2 slices of virginia ham, 1 slice of havart cheese, 3 slices of roma tomato, spray of olive oil and 1 T honey mustard on 2 slices of rye bread. I made a whole sandwich, only ate a half of it. Had it with a 1/2 cup of macaroni salad.
Dessert - 1 caramel flan and 2 chocolate chip muffins with a glass of chocolate milk (yes, bad but yummy)
