Day 35

Well I'm into my second month and I'm still doing okay.  I'm not as good with the photos as I was when I started out, but I'm still here. 

Today's weigh in:  242.4 - so that's down from last week YAY!

Last night was a good night for The Saints and I was happy.
Today I feel like a lump.  I don't know why, I just feel unaccomplished today.  I went to work this morning, but after class I came home and worked from home to avoid the weather.  I haven't really been out of my room since except to putter around the kitchen.   I just feel blah and like a lump.  It may just be the lack of movement.  It could also be that time of month approaches - I take out my bc this upcoming weekend.
So this leads me to having the munchies.

Food:
Breakfast - Chickfila chicken biscuit and a small coffee with 4 flavored creams (their coffee is strong)
Snack - Small Starbucks white chocolate mocha and a piece of reduced fat very berry coffee cake
Lunch - 2 eggs fried in 1/2 T butter with 2 slices rye bread with earth balance spread (the pic is not rye bread, but its close)
Dinner- 2 pieces eggplant Parmesan and 1 slice fried eggplant.  followed by 4 ounces of hagan daaz chocolate ice cream
Snack - 1 cup tortilla chips and 1/4 cup queso
1 cup of 1% milk with 2 T hershey syrup

(so looking at the pics, not much color - maybe too many carbs with no real fruit or veggies combined with the lack of movement is what's got me feeling like a lump today.)

Movement
NADA - okay, well about 1700 steps before I got home.  I intended to go to the gym.  I even got to the gym and found a parking spot (It was surprisingly crowded at 11) but well I parked, got out and looked in the back and went, oh, damn.  I left my gym bag at home.  So I came home.  I'm not playing bingo this week so I'll go wednesday instead of tonight.
