This will be short and sweet - I forgot to journal but I really didn't want to miss a day. I feel like i have to do this to stay on track.
Anyways, not much movement today - worked at home and when i do this i'm fairly sedentary.
Food was not perfect, not overly horrid. We'll see how tomorrow goes - I don't know how I did this, but somehow I managed to stab the back of my throat with a straw. It was hard enough to feel like it was bleeding right off and to give me a slight start of panic - but it seemed to ease. However now its extremely bruised, swollen and hurts to swallow. I took an aleve, but its not really dulled the pain very much.
Food;
Breakfast - 1 glass 1% milk with 2 T Hershey Syrup
Snack - apple sauce *3 types, about 1/4 cup total* and coddled apples *probably equivalent to about 1/2 an apple* This was then followed with poached pears *3 slices*, then fried peaches *3 slices*, a grape dish *about 3 grapes*, broiled grapefruit *About 6 segments* and stewed fruit (dried fruit simmered in water and spices) *About 1/4 cup*
Lunch: 1 McDouble and 1 large iced hazelnut coffee
Snack: 1 Tropical Smoothie Health nut smoothie - this would be where I stabbed my throat
Dinner: 4 pieces of left over sushi 2 small plates of dip with tortilla chips and bread *It was a partylite party* plus 1/2 an apple
Dessert - 2 hershey kisses.
I didn't take any photos today. But I did take my monthly photo. So I will update fully tomorrow including measurements except weight.
