Good day overall today. No grumpy coworkers and other than a slight timing error all is good.
Voice lesson was fun - did you know there are karaoke versions of songs on youtube - I didn't, but now I know.
Food:
Breakfast - chick fil a chicken biscuit and a small coffee with 2 hazelnut creams and 2 sugars (they have some stronnnnng coffee - but free small coffee for February)
Snack - chick fil a yogurt parfait - vanilla yogurt with fresh cut strawberries and 1/2 ounce of granola
Lunch - curry chicken salad, about 1 cup and a pack of crackers
Snack - Health nut smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe - I think this is now my favorite - blueberries, mango, almonds, banana and whey protein (you can also get it with soy - I need to do more reading on whey and soy protein)
Dinner - Sushi - had 4 pieces of a sex in the city roll, 2 pieces of a soft shell crab roll (which was free) and 4 pieces of a shrimp tempura roll
Dessert - 1 cup hot chocolate and 2 hershey kisses (no picture)
Movement:
about 6000 steps - I'll update with correct number tomorrow
Weight machines today - see Day 29 for the listing of those
30 minutes on True Strider with a resistance set at 2.
