Work was mostly meetings this morning - I was able to do some weights but no walking.
I left work for class and didn't go back (with permission) had to get the front headlight on my car replaced. I found out last night it was out and well, I can't afford a ticket for a 10 dollar or less fix. So did that and then wandered until my voice lesson after which was knit/crochet group. Evening was very pleasant with friends.
Breakfast: 1 bottle Naked Power C Machine juice
Snack: 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean! Almond Honey Flax Crunch - no milk
Lunch: Curry chicken salad and a pack of crackers. Followed by 3 vanilla, cranberry, almond nut clusters.
Snack: 2 satsumas
In between the satsumas and dinner went to Borders and got a large hazelnut mocha from Seattle's Best coffee
Dinner: Panera pick 2 - tomato soup with croutons and a caeser salad and a piece of bread - didn't finish the salad
From Panera got a chai tea with skim milk to go
Dessert - a small Panera chocolate cookie - not the big ones, but the little ones they sell in cups and bags.
