Day 16

Today's pictures will be posted tomorrow - I'm running a bit behind tonight but for good reasons.

So today's been a fun day.  Still really tired, not getting enough sleep.  It's not because of insomnia or restless sleep - it's just me not going to bed early enough - case in point, it's 10:40 and I have to be up at 6 but it'll probably be another 20 minutes til I actually get in bed.

Exercise was off again today.  This week at work has gotten very, very busy with meetings and appointments and thus I can't walk like I like to.   I gave blood this morning and had some issues with my arm which took out weights.  And I went out with a friend tonight and it was good, well needed for us both and just a lot of fun.

What I did learn about myself tonight is that when I'm at a place with the greasy, fun foods I don't get very often - like fairs and bingo halls, I crave it - nachos, greasy burger, popcorn, funnel cake etc.  I need to find a way to divert this since I am planning on regular bingo outings with my friend.   We didn't win, but it was just fun to get out with a friend, do something somewhat relaxing and not terribly expensive.

Food:
Breakfast: 2 slices raisin toast with earth balance spread
Snack: cheese crackers - 1 bag - got this from donating blood and also 1 cup 100% oj
Lunch: Sandwich consisting of 2 slices of stone ground wheat bread, curry chicken salad and field greens followed with a 3 musketeers fun size bar mint with dark chocolate.
Snack: 2 little debbie snack cakes - got these from donating blood too (not the greatest, but well what's done is done)
Dinner: 1/2 of a chicken artichoke panini and a bowl of onion soup - this was from San Franisco Oven.  Also had 1/2 a piece of tiramisu (photo is from after it was eaten - I forgot to take it before hand)
Late snack: Nachos with jalapenos - this was the bingo hall food - not the best for me, but dang it, see the above regarding cravings.  I think next time, maybe make some snack/trail mix and pack it in the purse - maybe plain cheerios, raisins, peanuts and maybe some m&m's for that chocolate kick - I also had a coke while there.

Exercise:
Walked the building 3 times
And that's it - sad right, but I guess we all have those days.  I did decide to join the gym.  It's official and I'm going to do it on Friday after work.
