This morning I woke up and right as I'm getting ready to go fix breakfast mom called. She did something to her computer and well, dealing with that sort of slowed down my morning. The rest of the day wasn't as productive as I truly planned. I did clean out cabinets and got some stair climbing done on that - 3 step ladder, so not much but up and down and up and down. I didn't get on the treadmill as planned for today and in the process of trying to read the last chapter for my test, not much else has gotten done. It's just been an off day - which is okay, they happen and tomorrow's a new day.
Food:
2 easy sticky buns and 1 cup 1% milk. Yes I know sticky buns are not exactly an ideal diet food, but this solved my sweet breakfast craving and oh my gosh they were soooo good and easy to make.
Lunch/snack: 1 bottle Naked Orange Mango Motion juice
Dinner: salad with mixed field greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, radish and blue cheese dressed with a homemade dijon red wine vinegrette with 2 slices of a small domino's hand tossed crust pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni and mushrooms. Had this with a rootbeer and followed by a snack size 3 musketeers mint with dark chocolate.
Dessert or well in this case, evening snack: 2 slices raisin toast with 1 T earth balance spread. I also had a sugar free jello chocolate pudding made with 1% milk topped with sugar free whipped cream.
