Weighed today - I was a tad concerned as this was not really my best week - I ate out way more than my goals call for and well, it's just not been the best week. But, good news is I lost 1 pound! So my new current weight = 244 lbs.
Today was a nice day - no work for the day. There were some departments that had the option to work today and a part of me was hoping we would have that opportunity but at the same time I didn't really want to work. Fortunately the decision was made for me as my department was not given the option to work today. It was a good day off. Got some things done that needed doing. Had lunch with a good friend - her son's having some medical issues. He's a diabetic and he started having seizures last week that are unrelated to the diabetes. About 4 years ago he was having blackouts - not passing out, but he would just lose his vision - no one ever found out what was happening and they stopped but now we wonder if the seizures are connected to that. It was good seeing her, I don't see her as often as I used to, but she's a definite keeper.
Food for the day:
Breakfast: 2 sticky buns from yesterday reheated plus 1 cup of milk 1%
Lunch: 1 small margherita pizza and a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette from San Francisco Oven.
Snack: 1 bottle Naked Juice Strawberry Kiwi Kick
Dinner: 2 slices raisin toast with earth balance spread and broiled grapefruit (grapefruit cut in half and sprinkled with 1 T brown sugar and broiled in oven) - I wasn't starving and wanted something light for dinner especially after lunch. I did have half of a 20 ounce sprite.
Dessert: 1 piece lemon cake from San Francisco Oven
Exercise:
30 minutes on treadmill - incline between 3.0 and 4.5
