Since it was a work at home day I didn't really move much per say. I took the stairs at work and got about 2000 steps in when I wasn't at home, but there were no laps and no weights.
Food:
Breakfast: 1 cup Great Grains Raisin, Date and Pecan with 1 cup 1% milk.
lunch: 6 inch spicy italian sub from Subway on wheat with provolone, spicy mustard, tomato, lettuce, onion, bell pepper, olives and banana peppers. Had this with an unsweetened iced tea (no pic yet)
Snack: Sugar free Jello chocolate pudding with 2 T sugar free whipped cream
Dinner: Tried the new mongolian grill. Had egg drop soup (only ate half the bowl) and the mongolian BBQ - mine consisted of beef, lo mein noodles, green beans, cabbage, cilantro, broccoli, mushrooms, peanut sauce, garlic oil, ginger browth, chili sauce and lime juice.
Dessert - I finally finished that brownie and had a venti white chocolate mocha from starbucks.
I also had a Barq's tonight.
I'm really craving breakfast foods other than cereal so I think tomorrow morning I'm going to make pancakes and try to substitute some of the white flour with wheat flour - I'll let you know how it comes out. I have some frozen berries in the freezer that were orginally a berry salad I made - defrosting these to put on top. We'll see how it goes. I will either be very disappointed or happily pleased.
