So for those interested in a good pedometer I recommend Omron's pedometer. Now they do make several and while this one is more expensive then the 10 dollar ones in the local retail store, but I like to think its a tad more accurate. I find the cheaper models will sometimes count "steps" even if you're sitting. This one only counts when you move. I got this particular model because I can hook it up to my computer and download my daily data. It creates charts for me so I can see my daily, weekly, monthly and yearly progress. It even track my steps per hour. It's really an awesome program that lets you set goals for yourself and determine if you're meeting them.
Food:
Breakfast - 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch! Honey Almond Flax with 1 cup 1% milk. I wasn't really hungry but I was craving juice. I went to a vending machine and bought the closest thing I could, Welch's orange pineapple juice - 10 ounces.
Snack - 4 vanilla cranberry almond clusters
Lunch - 2 leftover pieces of 4 cheese bianca pizza from last night and a salad of mixed field greens, cucumber and grape tomatoes topped with 2 T spicy ranch dressing. 3 musketeers followed - snack size mint with dark chocolate
Snack - 1 bag of natural flavored organic popcorn
Dinner - Wendy's Southwest Taco Salad - ate about half of it.
Dessert - 1/4 of the brownie left from last night.
Exercise -

Lapped the building about 7 times
Biceps - 3 times 10 reps each arm
Triceps - 2 times 10 reps
Shoulder press - 2 times 10 reps each arm
Chest press - 10 reps each arm
1 flight of stairs up 3 down.
