Day 24-26 EC

So I don't think something with silken tofu sits well with me.  Mon and Tues I ate for meal 6 and after I ate it I started not feeling well.   It's the only odd thing I can think of.  The chocolate mousse made with it is awesome tasting, I just don't feel well after eating it.

So as the week end approaches I get nervous - I get nervous at the end of every week of this journey.  So far the scale has been nice but I'm waiting for the day it isn't.  

Day 24:
Meal 1: banana nut bread (clean style) w/ a few mouthfuls of a bottle of nestle milk (wayyyy sweet couldn't drink anymore)

Meal 2: handful of cashews and 1 peach

Meal 3: spaghetti and meatsauce w/ 1 T parm

10 york pieces

Meal 4: carrots and cucumber w/ hummus

Meal 5: meatloaf w/ cucumber (oil and vinegar) and boiled potatoes (w/1 T butter)

1 square dove dark chocolate

Meal 6: chocolate tofu mousse and small glass milk w/hershey's

Did weights at the gym today

Day 25:

Meal 1: smoothie (banana, ice, almond milk, sugar free cocoa, instant coffee and vanilla protein powder) - only drank 1/2 it was really sweet for some reason

Meal 2: yogurt and 1 tsp honey and 1 peach

Meal 3: meatloaf on 2 slices whole grain bread w/ yogurt cheese

10 york pieces (these are york peppermint pattie m&m style)

Meal 4: carrots and cucumber w/ hummus

Meal 5: 2 slices of pizza (this was in my natural foods section at the grocery store - it was a whole grain crust w/ 3 g sugar for 1/3 of pizza and 8 g fat and 240 calories.  I ate 1/4.  It was a tomato garlic pizza and I added onion, green pepper, olives and mushrooms) w/ a salad (had a dijon vinegrette - oil, vinegar and dijon)

Meal 6: chocolate tofu mousse and small glass plain milk



Run/walk day at gym - 5 min walk, 30 min walk/run

Day 26:

Meal 1: smoothie (banana, skim milk, ice, sugar free cocoa powder and vanilla protein powder)

Meal 2: cottage cheese and 1 peach

Meal 3: grilled chicken wrap from sonic

Meal 4: blueberry pie - homemade by a friend and sugar free (She's diabetic)

Meal 5: 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white scrambled w/ 1 T parm.  Served with cooked potato with onion

Meal 6: glass of skim milk w/ hershey's.
