366 days

Well spring semester is over.  I should have an A in both classes - one I'm positive - the other she's not posted our papers so no way to know for sure, but I'd have to do very badly on the paper to not get an A.   Next semester - psychology and macroeconomics. 

Have gotten pretty good with the gym this week.  I have a good routine going.  Every other day I do weights with the aerobics, and on the other days I do aerobics.  This gives me a good opportunity to recover - I need it with this new weight program - it's kicking my ass.   So MWF I do 1-2 mile walk with weights and then on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday I do 2 miles of walking.   Sunday is a rest day.  (This week so is Friday - friend of mine has had a hard week and is in need of tequila in the form of margaritas.  So downtown we will go tomorrow)


Now I just have to get food under control.   For some reason I feel hungrier more often than usual.   I try to eat a cereal bar before working out - especially on weight days b/c the first time I felt like I was just dying and the energy boost is good.   But after I'm starving - I fill in the gap with a smoothie but I still feel like I'm eating so much.   I really need to buckle down and write it all down and not just wing it - that will help and well I also need to eat better food then what I'm eating - too much food out. 

Anyways, Monday will tell how this week went.
