364 days

So went to the gym today - kicked my ass as usual.   Walked 1.5 miles then I did my weight routine and then I walked the last .5 miles to make a total of 2 miles for the day.   Well after working out I weighed myself - hopefully wishing for a loss of some kind.  Yeah - didn't happen - actually I think it was a slight gain - I'm back to where I started - no budge at all 245.   I'll weigh again on monday night but ugh - it sucks.

Okay granted food has not been 100% and in all honesty while I'm not totally pigging out, I'm not stressing about it at the time.  I go home in a week and a half and when I'm home all hope is lost when it comes to a diet.    So I had told myself earlier this week when I get back I'll buckle down on diet but for right now I want to buckle down on the gym - so I've been successful with that so far. 

Next week on Wednesday I start running.  That will be interesting.  Today I watched a woman - she'd run a lap and then go into a corner and do some strength training.  She was heavier than me and all I could think was "You go girl!!!"   That'll be me next week LOL.
