Went to urgent care today. When I can take nyquil and still wake up 3 times in the night from the pain I know its not just a normal something I can fight with over the counter drugs. So now I'm on an antibiotic and hoping it doesn't move into my chest.
I am no longer sore from the workout Friday - well as sore as I was this weekend. Planning on hitting the gym tomorrow, but just weights and some light walking due to the sickness.
Food today wasn't horrid - I don't think, have some naughties in there, but not too bad
Breakfast - non fat greek yogurt with blueberry and granola
Lunch - cheese and pita crisps followed by 2 dove pb eggs
snack - 1 package of grits with 1/2 T butter
Dinner: 2 hard tacos - homemade with lean ground meat, light sour cream, taco sauce, lettuce, tomato and 1 T cheese per taco
Dessert - 2 chocolate chip cookies and cup hot chocolate
drinks - 2 cups oj and 2 16.9 ounce cokes. (the cokes I've got to get off of again)
