little ones are the best exercise

I learned today that having a 2 year old and a 3 year old around is really good exercise.  Just trying to keep up is a challenge.  A friend of mine has her grandchildren this weekend and wanted to take them swimming today but needed help.  So I said sure.  It was fun, but I'm exhausted.  Oh and I hate bathing suits.

I didn't post yesterday.  After GTS pilates I was lucky to be able to lift my arms.  It was quite a workout.  I forgot that it makes you find muscles you didn't know you had.   Not to mention she's added a few things - like pushups - 75 of them too.   (and after I told my doctor that b/c I'd not been doing push ups like I had been with martial arts, my shoulder wasn't really bothering me as much - HAH!)

Anyways, today I feel like lead.  I hurt everywhere.  Good hurt, but still hurt.  I think i need to start bringing my bathing suit so I can hit the hot tub after class on Friday's.

I honestly don't remember all I had for food yesterday.  What I do remember is:
glass of chocolate milk
pan fried hamburger (lean ground meat - sprayed the pan with pam) with grated cheddar cheese on 2 pieces whole grain bread with 1 T mayo.
chocolate milk shake
9 chicken mcnuggets with 1/2 an order fries and a coke
3 small peppermint patties and a mini snickers

Today:
glass of chocolate milk
broiled hamburger (lean ground meat) with grated cheddar cheese on 2 pieces whole grain bread with 1 T mayo
1 20 ounce sprite
2 Dr. Peppers at a restaurant
1 1/2 shrimp adn pork egg rolls
2 chicken lettuce wraps
chinese doughnuts (little dough balls in sugar with cchoccolate dipping sauce and strawberries)

I need to get back to basics, I'm fallin down a hole a bit.  I think I'm going to just weigh myself once a month at the same time as measuring and pictures.  I need to take pictures again of my food and I also want to get back to having a juice each day - fresh juice, with veggies and fruit.  My goal is going to be to move to red meat once a week and fish or chicken the rest of the week and shoot for 1 vegetarian meal a week.
