So I had another reset. I like that so much better than "set back".
Tomorrow is a new day. I will weigh and measure and take pictures.
I am making strides in eating at home. Now I just need to make strides in what I eat at home. Cream puffs do not make for healthy eating (and those little things are so damn addictive that you just don't realize how many you've eaten). This week is a rough one as I have little money (in actuality none) left from my paycheck. So options are not perfect. There will be eggs and eggs and pasta and more eggs in my future.
But all in all, I'm not eating out every night and every morning so there is improvement.
I need to pick up the movement. I was out with bronchitis last week so there was no movement. And I still lose my breath fairly quickly, so movement will be limited. I am pretty sure I'll be able to handle weights and walking though. I am going to go to pilates on Friday but take it easy
