Here we go

Weight 142.8 - I think that's up blah - this is such a struggle feel
like I get nowhere of course I'm sure i'mmot helping myself w/ what I
eat.

Food:
Breakfast - 1 c chocolate cheerios w/ 1%milk
Snack - 100 calorie bag if popcorn
Lunch - coconut rice and peas and grilled pork tenderloin followed w/
piece of chocolate cake
Snack - strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt w/ granola
Dinner chick fila 6 nuggets w/ Polynesian sauce fries and coke
Dessert1/2 c ice cream chocolate
Before bed - glass of chocolate mill

Movement
6000+ steps
2 minutes on trampoline - I'm slowly building - very slowly
