It will be another day before i post pictures. Camera battery needs to be recharged.
Good day, but didn't really get much done as far as school or housework.
Food:
Breakfast: 1 packet instant grits with 1/2 T butter and salt. Had this with 1 cup 1% milk with 2 T hershey syrup.
Lunch: 1/2 Chick fil a side salad with blue cheese dressing and 3/4 of a grilled chicken sandwich and a lemonade.
Snack: 1 cone of Andy's custard with 1 scoop vanilla and 1 scoop chocolate - this I don't have a picture of.
Dinner: 2 ounces of tortilla chips with salsa. Equivalent of 1-2 margaritas frozen and 1 chicken enchillada and 1/2 chicken burrito.
Late night snack: 1 bowl special K chocolate cereal (just an FYI this has no chocolate flavor at all - not even the brown plastic pieces they call "chocolate" so their ad lies!!!) with 1% milk

I did go to the gym today
Walked 1 mile on the track and did my weight machines.
