Drum roll please..............................................
Weight: 245
Down 4 pounds!!!!!!!
Okay, so that's exciting. We'll see what happens this week. :-D
Today was first day of class, so now I have to figure out how to balance meals so I'm not starving when I leave work on the way home and I'm not starving on the way back to work from classes. Stress is less today, the training went well (at least I think it did) and I think all will be well. Now just have to get through this first week of class - school stress is already starting but Monday is a holiday so I am not going to panic as that will offer me the opportunity to catch up a bit and hopefully get ahead.
Food:
Breakfast - smoothie consisting of 1 medium banana, 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1 scoop vanilla spirullina and water blended.
Snack - 2 satsumas
Lunch - salad with lettuce, shredded carrot, grape tomato, left over chicken from Day 6 dinner, and mandarin oranges. Dressing was some of the peanut sauce mixed with the juice from half a lime to thin it out. It was really tasty but I forgot to take a picture. It was followed by a mini 3 musketeers mint bar with dark chocolate.
Snack - 3 vanilla cranberry almond clusters
Snack 2 - blueberry Yoplait light yogurt (the snacks were about 2 hours apart)
Dinner - manwich made with 85/15 ground meat on a whole wheat bun. Served with mixed veggies topped with 1/2 T butter and some salt. Had an unsweetened home brewed tea with dinner.
Dessert - warm sugar free jello pudding made with 1 % milk (cook and serve - its a thing my mom and I share) topped with some no sugar added whipping cream (made with splenda)
Exercise:
Nothing at home today - am fairly exhausted.
Walking at work - 5 laps
bicep curls - 2 sets of 10 each arm
chest press - 1 set of 10 each arm
shoulder press - 1 set of 10 each arm.
I'm thinking of getting one of those small pedal things, like a bike without a frame, its just 2 pedals. To sit under my desk but I have my doubts it would help me achieve anything - any thoughts/opinions? I also have thought about a trampoline for my bedroom for those times I'm watching tv.
