I didn't really do very much movement today. I worked from home and my afternoon gym plans got blasted due to the white stuff. I have an appointment to set up a weight program tomorrow - we'll see what happens.
Food wasn't horrid, but wasn't great either. I will post pics tomorrow, I'm tired and getting ready to turn out the lights. I will also post some recipes from the items I ate in lab today. It was veggie lab today. We had ginger carrots, spaghetti squash, eggplant italiano, sauteed spinach, sweet and sour cabbage, broccoli broil and celery oriental.
Breakfast - 1 cup raisin bran crunch with 1 % milk (don't have a pic of this, thought I did, but I don't)
lunch - small sample of each of the dishes from lab followed with the rest of my last chocolate eclair (2/3rds of it left)
Dinner - 1 slice of a large Papa Murphy's special pizza - it has pepperoni, italian sausage, ground beef, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and black olives. I was full after 1 slice. I had this with a bottle of Barq's root beer (I'll post recipes in a separate post)
Dessert - 1 slice of an apple dessert pie from papa murphy's.
