Other than that, tonight was bingo night with Shellebelle - we didn't win but we had fun. I was good at the bingo hall, but not at dinner. Lose some win some.
Movement wasn't too bad today, but could be better. My calf has a knot in it, I can feel the ache - like a permanent, but non crippling charlie horse. My body is not walking right in an attempt to compensate for the dullness of pain, but its causing issues with other joints.
Food:
Breakfast: 24 frosted mini wheats with 1% milk
Lunch: 2 eggs with the spanish omelet mixture. 1/3 of a snickers
Snack: 1 orange - the last 1/3 of the snickers
(I knew it was there, and once I remembered it, there was no going back)
Dinner: McDonald's (I told you it was bad) - 1 big mac, 1 order of fries and a coke (I didn't supersize at least)
Movement:

Laps around the building - I don't really remember how many
1 set of bicep curls, 10 reps per arm
1 flight of stairs up, 3 down.
