Day 21

Weigh in day - it's coming, but its slow - but a little bit is a little bit.  = 243.6

I finally created a schedule at work to make sure everything each week gets done and I don't have to stress.  So today was looking at intakes I have open or things that were routed back to me.  Tomorrow I'll focus on questions from my reps.

School's increasing - like a stone rolling down a hill - have 2 things due on Friday.  My lab report which is just about complete (I have one very simple experiment to run at home) and a menu modification homework which is basically looking at a menu and determining if its valid for different religions.  Shouldn't be too difficult once I sit down and do it - that's slated for tomorrow night.  I do have to study a good amount this weekend - I have 1 test monday and 1 on tuesday.  I also need to get started on my paper for Food and Culture so I'm ready for February and not panicking.  I have 3 weeks as of February 1st.  I'm not too worried, it won't take me long to actually write the paper, but I need to do some research.  I'm scheduling research for Feb 6 and 7th, scheduling a rough draft of my paper for the next weekend and then the weekend before will be my final review.  It shouldn't be too bad.  But its still that underlying stress.

Started going back to the gym tonight.  Since Wed and Thur are out due to other commitments, I'm going to go on Mon, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.  I want to get used to working out on Friday nights since my class starting in March will be on Friday evening. 

Food:
Breakfast - 2 slices raisin toast with earth balance spread
Snack - 1 satsuma
Lunch - 1 cup brown rice and light cashew chicken (leftovers from last night) Followed up with 1/3 of a snickers - I was craving chocolate
Snack - had an orange and a yoplait lemon cream pie yogurt
Dinner - 1 Tropical Smoothie Cafe peanut paradise smoothie (peanut butter, banana, whey protein and non fat  yogurt) and a sandwich of 2 slices of stone ground whole wheat bread, blue cheese and earth balance spread.
Dessert - 1/3 of an eclair

7628 steps today (finally remembered the pedometer again)
Walked about 7 laps around the building
10 squats
10 shoulder presses per arm
10 bicep curls per arm
30 minutes on the elliptical trainer
