Today I put up the starts of the nutrition board at work. It looks good so far and I've gotten a lot of compliments. I do have more things to do though.
Today was not a good food day. I forgot my breakfast and lunch on the counter so from there it was a downfall day..
Food:
Breakfast - 2 cups plain cheerios
Snack - 4 vanilla almond cranberry nut clusters
Lunch - Spaghetti from Mr. Goodcents along with 4 little butter rolls and a brownie. I didn't eat very much of the pasta though.
Dinner - most of a backyard burger jr with cheese and 1/2 an order or regular fries from Backyard Burger. I had some sort of diet sobe drink there and at work I drank tea with 2 sugars - made tea 2 times.
Dessert - chocohotpot with sugar free whipped cream and a hot chocolate.

7123 steps today otherwise, not much else.
