wipe out

As in I'm wiped out - not that I wiped out.

Easter just needs to be renamed Eat - I mean come on the letters are there and all.   Anyways, it wasn't the best of days and in all honesty i don't think I can tell you everything i ate - but lets try:

Breakfast: 1 orange roll and 1 cup 100% cranberry juice
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs with a little oil and vinegar
Lunch: 1 hot dog, baked beans ( 2 servings) 1/2 hamburger, 1 serving potato salad
Dessert at lunch: some fruit and cream dessert,1 slice chocolate bunny cake. 
Dinner: 2 slices small supreme domino's pizza

(Told you i was a pig)

Today was much better;

Breakfast - 1 cup non fat greek yogurt with 1 T honey and about 1 1/2 cups berries (blue, black and red) plus about 2 T milled flax seed
Snack: 100 cal bag of popcorn
Lunch: 1 cup baked beans
Snack: 1 ounce walnuts soaked in water
Snack: 1 cup grapes
Dinner: 1 fresco soft steak taco and 3/4 of a bean burrito
Dessert: 1 serving sugar free low fat chocolate pudding with sugar free whipped cream.
Exercise - 20 minutes walking at gym, 4 flights of stairs and weights.
