I got a trampoline today. So now I can bounce with the TV and get even more movement going - just have to remember to make sure no cats are under it before I hop on.
I really have to start journaling early in the evening and editing if I need to because otherwise I get too tired, turn off the computer and forget to journal - like last night.
I never thought you could have too much cheese - yesterday I had too much cheese. It was our dairy lab. Now mind you, this was a big dairy day: Breakfast I had a glass of milk with chocolate syrup in it. Then I had lab - we had cheese rarebit (cheese sauce on an english muffin with bacon) we had a milk tasting (whole, 2%, 1%, skim, soy, buttermilk, almond, rice, evaporated and condensed) then we had a cheese tasting (marscapone, feta, goat, brie, meunster, cheddar, provolone, parm, romano, gouda, monteray jack, swiss, blue, gorgonzola, I know I'm forgetting something) then we had cheese chowder, coffee custard, cheese cake and cream of veggie soup. Could I have had any more dairy!!!
Okay then dinner: I had my candle party and I made things - mainly dip - mainly with cream cheese. We had little weenies in a bbq sauce dip (probably the only thing without cheese), chicken pizza with a cream cheese "sauce" on crescent roll dough, merlot cheese dip with beer bread, spinach artichoke dip and a blueberry cream on vanilla wafers.
It was a dairy day.
Today was a bit more even keeled - I think
Had milk with chocolate syrup when I woke up
Then later had a package of grits with 1/2 T butter
Snack lemon pudding - last of it
Lunch: pasta with tomato sauce
Snack: orange cranberry muffin and a vanilla latte *iced*
Dinner: cream of asparagus soup with 2 slices sourdough rye bread from panera (soup was home made not panera) and had earthbalance spread on the bread
Followed that with 2 more slices with earthbalance and on 1 slice a grapefruit marmalade and the other a homemade fig preserve (mom's friend makes it)
Later I had 1/2 cup of maple blondie ice cream - Ben and JErry's
I went to the gym today - walked 1 mile and then I did all of my weight. I will measure and take new pics tomorrow.
I am proud of myself - I haven't eaten any meals out this weekend.
