This is what I have noticed - and I'm sorry if you're stomach sensitive, but I have been sooooo gassy the last couple of days. I don't know why, I don't know if my system's revolting the healthy foods or if the healthy foods are clearing out toxins. Usually its just gas. It's happened before - when i walked the track at the gym I used to be okay if people were ahead of me, but man I would always hope that nothing come out when someone passed or hovered behind. Today I did have a sudden burst of just being really hot and then really nauseated. It was slow to pass, but it did. I don't know what it is. Any suggestions are welcome.
Meals: (Pics below)
Breakfast - same as yesterday (I know, I'm getting dull LOL)
Morning snack - Del Monte cup of no sugar added mandarin oranges.
Somewhere in here I had a piece of a peppermint stick (trying to quell the nausea) and a nut cluster.
Lunch - healthy choice fresh mixer sweet and sour chicken meal followed up with 3 nut clusters
Snack - 2 lightly salted rice cakes with 2 T nutella and banana slices
Dinner - salad with ginger dressing, hope roll (fried shrimp, crab, & cream cheese rolled in soy paper;
tempura crumbs & eel sauce on top) - 4 pieces and cathy roll (yellowtail tempura, avocado, crab, sesame seeds,tempura crumbs, & Nakato seafood sauce) - 6 or 8 pieces and some ginger and a Barq's rootbeer. (my one soda I'm allowing myself this week)
Dessert - cup of hot chocolate (1% milk with 2 T hershey syrup heated in the microwave)
At work today I got in the following:
walks - 6
bicep curls - 30 per arm
triceps - 20
chest press - 20 per arm
shoulder press - 20 per arm
squats - 10
(And let me tell you, at times its hard not to think I look wayyyy silly, but I get over it when I think of how it all adds up)
Tonight I am going to do 30 sit ups and 30 wall push ups. The gassy feeling has me not really wanting to move overly, so I'm opting not to play with the Wii. I am going to do some stretches before bed.)
