Today wasn't the strongest of food days but not horrid either. I'll be taking measurements and pictures again soon - later this week. We'll see how that goes.
Food:
Breakfast - 1 cinnamon roll and 1 cup 1% milk with hershey's syrup
Lunch - onion soup with grated gruyere cheese, 4 slices baguette with olive oil and parmesean cheese and same salad as dinner last night. Followed by 4 hershey kisses
Snack - pretzle thins - one serving, 12 pieces
Dinner - 2 crab cakes (lump crab meat, 1 1/2 T mayo, bell pepper, celery, green onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest) served with sweet potato in strips and roasted in the oven.
Dessert - 3 homemade snickerdoodles - one with a hershey kiss
No real movement today except around the house.
