362 days

So official weigh in day and I'm at 245.  It's a tad discouraging.  But I'm hanging in there. 

Waist is 48.5"

I start running on Wednesday.  Granted it won't be flat out running for 1 mile or more, but a combo of run walk until i work my way to all running. 

Today i walked 1.5 miles - tomorrow i'll be doing the weights - it'll hurt LOL

Food today:

Greek honey yogurt with raspberries and bare naked fruit and nut granola

1 bag cheetoes (like from subway)

1/2 slice lasagna

3 chocolates

banana and a strawberry nutrigrain bar

1 hot dog, broccoli salad and fresh corn on the cob

smores - 2
