not much movement today - worked from home and had class.
Food was okay:
Breakfast: grits w/ 1/2 T butter and some salt with 1 glass milk with 2 T hershey's syrup
Lunch: salad lab - we had samples of hot potato salad, beef and blue cheese salad, pasta salad, sparkling gelatin salad, coleslaw, greens w/ cooked dressing, cranberry curry chicken salad. Will post recipes tomorrow.
Snack - 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Dinner: 2 slices small domino's pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms
Dessert: 1 lava crunch cake from domino's topped with sugar free whipped cream
Had a rootbeer with dinner and a cup of hot chocolate around 8:30
