Day 24

Well, today was better than it could have been.  I still have my job - some people at work, in a month will not.  They have been told.  So I've survived another reduction in force.   My team lost 1 person which is sad, but there are other teams that lost more.  Good news at work - we have this bulletin board that one person at work who's on "wellness committee" decorates.  She usually just posts exercise info, and well the board's been the same for at least 3 months.  So I stopped by the human resources office today and asked how I could do something like that but nutrition based - since I am studying nutrition.  The human resources director nearly jumped out of her chair wanting me to put up a new board.  I'm going to figure out something this weekend and put it up Monday.  So now I officially on the wellness committee - will be good in my dietetics portfolio for internships and jobs.

I guess I'm turning into a pseudo football fan.  I've always been a Saints fan, but never really had to pay too much attention until this year.   I still don't really watch the games, but I check scores during the games.  I always knew the NFL was about money, but they've made it even more evident to Saints fans today. 

Voice is going awesome. Working on "A New Life" from Jekyll and Hyde.  It's a beautiful song, but I'm really enjoying my teacher.  she's good.  And I guess someone gave her a compliment on me from last week, so that was nice. 

Food - well, i ate out all day.  And you know, its funny - I feel it.   I feel blah, and my stomach's gassy and I just feel heavy.

Breakfast - McDonald's hotcakes (I only ate about 1/2 an order) with 1 and 1/2 packs of butter spread and 1 container of syrup.  I also had a cup of coffee with 2 sugars and 2 creams.
Lunch: Qdoba chips and 3 cheese queso with a side of guacamole.  Again, I ate about half an order.
Snack: 1 container Naked Red Machine Juice
Dinner: 6 inch spicy italian sub with provolone on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, black olives, banana peppers and spicy mustard - Subway.  Had a cherry cordial caramel afterwards.

*So first night I've eaten after 9 - but I ate a chocolate chip cookie from subway)
